Construction law obliges the investor to employ a construction manager in the case of construction works or construction works requiring a building permit. The basic duties of a construction manager include, among others: maintaining construction documentation, managing the construction in a manner consistent with the construction design, building permit and regulations, and ensuring the use of construction materials permitted by the regulations.
